Terms of use

The service

The platform shows tournaments, teams, players, matches and results as published by tournament organisers.

We aim for accuracy, but results and times are entered by organisers and may contain mistakes. For any dispute, contact the organiser.

Accounts

A visitor account is optional and free; you sign in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email secure.

Dashboard accounts are created by the owner only, each with specific permissions. Don’t share your password; it can be recovered with a code sent by email.

You can delete your visitor account at any time from “My account”.

Organisers’ and captains’ responsibilities

Organisers and team captains agree to enter accurate information and to get players’ consent before publishing their names.

Abusive, misleading or illegal content is forbidden; we may remove it and suspend the account responsible.

Advertising

The platform may show local ads and Google ads. We are not responsible for advertisers’ products or services.

Member benefits such as ad-free browsing or paid services may be offered later; their terms will be published at launch.

Intellectual property

The “Houmtna Cup” name, logo and platform design belong to us. You may share results and generated match images on social media.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for damage caused by service interruptions or by errors in data entered by organisers.
